1 Acceptance of Terms

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 789tay.

• 789tay is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider during the transfer process.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transfer receipt and transaction reference number. Do not re-send the transfer without first confirming with support that the original was not received.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered on your account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted — funds will only be returned to payment methods registered in your name.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
